ഇന്ത്യൻ ട്രസ്റ്റ്സ് ആക്റ്റ്, 1882 പ്രകാരം നിയമപരമായി 2012-DEC.2 രൂപീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഒരു പബ്ലിക് ചാരിറ്റബിൾ ട്രസ്റ്റ് ആണ് ഷെയർ & കെയർ ചാരിറ്റബിൾ ട്രസ്റ്റ്. സമൂഹത്തിലെ ദരിദ്രർക്ക് ആശ്വാസമായി ഭക്ഷണം , വസ്ത്രം പാർപ്പിടം മുതലായവ ദരിദ്രർക്കും ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്കും നൽകുക. കുട്ടികൾ, കൗമാരക്കാർ , യുവജനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവരുടെ സമഗ്രവികസനം ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, വിദ്യാസമ്പന്നരായ യൂവാക്കൾക്കു തൊഴിൽ പരിശീലനവും മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശ്ശങ്ങളും തൊഴിൽ സമ്പാദനത്തിനുള്ള സഹായവും ചെയുക സാമ്പത്തിക ഞെരുക്കംമൂലം പഠിക്കാൻ കഴിയാത്ത വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് സഹായങ്ങളും, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസസമ്പന്നരായ യുവാക്കൾക്ക് തൊഴിൽ പരിശീലനവും മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശങ്ങളും, തൊഴിൽ സമ്പാദനത്തിനുള്ള സഹായവും ചെയ്യുക. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മുന്നേറ്റത്തിനായി വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് സഹായങ്ങൾ, സ്കോളർഷിപ്പുകൾ, സ്റ്റൈപ്പന്റ്, അവാർഡുകൾ, മെഡൽ, സമ്മാനങ്ങൾ, മുതലായവ നൽകി അർഹരായ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ, പണ്ഡിതർ, അധ്യാപകർ, മുതലായവരെ സഹായിക്കുകയും പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. .

C- താഴെ പറയുന്ന രീതിയിലുള്ള വൈദ്യസഹായങ്ങൾ i) ചികിത്സ സഹായങ്ങൾ നൽകുക, മാരകമായ രോഗം ബാധിച്ചവരെ പുനരധിവസിപ്പിക്കുക. ii) ആശുപത്രികൾ, ക്ലിനിക്കുകൾ, ഡിസ്പെൻസറികൾ, ആംബുലൻസ് സേവനങ്ങൾ, ട്രോമ കെയർ സെന്ററുകൾ, പെയ്ൻ ആന്റ് പാലിയേറ്റീവ് യൂണിറ്റുകൾ, മുതലായവ സ്ഥാപിക്കുകയും പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. സൗജന്യമായോ കുറഞ്ഞ ചിലവിലോ ചികിത്സാ സഹായം നൽകുക. പാരമ്പര്യ, പ്രകൃതി ചികിത്സകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിവിധ മെഡിക്കൽ ശാഖകളെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക. ഔഷധ ചെടികളുടെ കൃഷി പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക. മെഡിക്കൽ സയൻസിന്റെ ഏത് ശാഖകളിലും ഗവേഷണം നടത്തുക. ഇവയെല്ലാം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാരികളുടെ അംഗീകാരവും സമ്മതത്തോടുകൂടിയും ആയിരിക്കും. d) താഴെ പറയും പ്രകാരമുള്ള പൊതുജന ഉപകാരപ്രദമായ മറ്റ് ഏതെങ്കിലും പദ്ധതികൾക്കുള്ള പ്രോത്സാഹനം. i) ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാരികളുടെ അംഗീകാരവും സമ്മതത്തോടുകൂടിയും നിർദ്ദരർക്ക് താമസ സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ നൽകുക. വൃദ്ധസദനങ്ങൾ, അനാഥാലയങ്ങൾ, ക്രഷുകൾ, സംരക്ഷണകേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ, മുതലായവ സ്ഥാപിക്കുകയും നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുക. ii) പ്രകൃതി ദുരന്തങ്ങളിലും മറ്റു ദുരന്തങ്ങളിലും ആശ്വാസ പുനരധിവാസ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ നടത്തുക. iii) മയക്കുമരുന്ന്, മദ്യപാനം, പോലുള്ള സാമൂഹ്യ തിന്മകൾക്കെതിരെ ബോധവൽക്കരണവും കൗൺസിലിംഗ് പരിപാടികളും സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുക. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാരികളുടെ അംഗീകാരവും സമ്മതത്തോടുകൂടി ഡി-അഡിക്ഷൻ സെന്ററുകൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കുക. iv) മുതിർന്ന പൗരന്മാർ, സ്ത്രീകൾ, കുട്ടികൾ, വിധവകൾ, ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാർ, അനാഥകൾ, മാനസിക വെല്ലുവിളി നേരിടുന്നവർ, ശാരീരിക വെല്ലുവിളി നേരിടുന്നവർ, ആദിവാസികൾ, മുതലായവരുടെ താൽപ്പര്യം സംരക്ഷിക്കുകയും ക്ഷേമത്തിനായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. ആരോഗ്യബോധവൽക്കരണം, സാമൂഹിക സമത്വം എന്നിവ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിൽ ട്രസ്റ്റ് സജീവമായി പ്രവർത്തിച്ചുവരുന്നു. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം സമൂഹപരിവർത്തനത്തിന് ഏറ്റവും ശക്തമായ ആയുധമാണെന്ന വിശ്വാസത്തിലാണ് ഷെയർ & കെയർ ചാരിറ്റബിൾ ട്രസ്റ്റ് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നത്. ഗ്രാമീണവും നഗരവുമായ പശ്ചാത്തലങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ഗുണമേൻമയുള്ള വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ലഭ്യമാക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ, കേരളത്തിൽ ആരംഭിച്ച ട്രസ്റ്റിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ പിന്നീട് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ മറ്റ് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലേക്കും വ്യാപിപ്പിക്കുവാൻ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നു.

OUR MISSION AND VISION

Share & Care Charitable Trust is a legally registered Public Charitable Trust, formed on 2nd December 2012 under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882.
The Trust works with the primary objective of supporting the poor and the needy by providing essential assistance such as food, clothing, shelter, and other basic necessities. With a strong focus on the overall development of children, adolescents, and youth, the Trust actively promotes education, skill development, and personal growth. Special attention is given to educated youth by offering vocational training, career guidance, and support for employment opportunities. The Trust also extends financial and educational support to students who are unable to continue their studies due to economic hardship. This includes assistance for education, skill training, career guidance, and help in securing suitable employment. To encourage academic excellence and educational advancement, the Trust provides scholarships, stipends, awards, medals, prizes, and other forms of recognition to deserving students, scholars, and teachers, thereby motivating and supporting them in their educational journey

C. Medical and Healthcare Assistance


The Trust undertakes the following types of medical and healthcare support: To provide medical assistance and support the rehabilitation of patients suffering from life-threatening or chronic illnesses. To establish, manage, and operate hospitals, clinics, dispensaries, ambulance services, trauma care centres, pain and palliative care units, and similar healthcare facilities, and to provide free or affordable medical treatment to the public. The Trust also aims to promote various systems of medicine, including traditional and natural therapies, encourage the cultivation of medicinal plants, and undertake research in any branch of medical science. All such activities shall be carried out with the approval and consent of the concerned authorities.


D. Other Public Welfare and Charitable Activities
The Trust also promotes and undertakes the following public welfare initiatives: To provide residential facilities for the needy, with due approval of the concerned authorities, and to establish and manage old age homes, orphanages, crèches, shelter homes, and care centres. To carry out relief, rehabilitation, and reconstruction activities during natural disasters and other emergencies. To organize awareness programmes and counselling services against social evils such as drug abuse and alcoholism, and to establish de-addiction centres with the approval and consent of the relevant authorities. To protect the interests and promote the welfare of senior citizens, women, children, widows, persons with disabilities, orphans, mentally and physically challenged individuals, tribal communities, and other vulnerable sections of society. The Trust actively works to promote health awareness, social equality, and inclusive development.

Education as a Tool for Social Transformation

Share & Care Charitable Trust functions with the firm belief that education is the most powerful instrument for social transformation. With the objective of providing quality education to students from both rural and urban backgrounds, the Trust began its journey in Kerala and aims to gradually expand its educational initiatives to other states across India.


The Trust’s Role in the Education Sector

Promoting higher and technical education is one of the core missions of the Trust. With this objective, the Trust has established and developed several educational institutions over the past decades. These institutions are equipped with modern infrastructure, advanced technological facilities, spacious campuses, state-of-the-art laboratories, well-stocked libraries, and smart classrooms, creating an ideal environment for academic excellence. The institutions under the Trust offer specialized education in diverse academic disciplines, including Engineering, Science, Technology, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Business Management, and Social Work. Academic programmes are designed not only to impart knowledge but also to enhance employability skills and a strong research-oriented mindset among students.

Hostel and Campus Facilities
To accommodate students from other districts and states, the institutions provide separate hostels for boys and girls within the campus, equipped with excellent facilities. Special emphasis is given to safety, hygiene, and comfortable living conditions. A hygienic campus canteen operates within the premises to ensure that students receive clean, nutritious, and balanced meals. The Trust believes that healthy food habits play a vital role in enhancing students’ academic performance and overall well-being.

Social Responsibility and Future Vision
